bridgetmtl Posted June 7, 2006 Report Posted June 7, 2006 Just won 6 nights (July 1-7, 2006) at the Grand Cypress for $103 per night. This is my 4th time staying there...awesome resort...but this is the cheapest I've ever paid, probably because its my first time using Priceline!!!

bridgetmtl Posted June 9, 2006 Author Report Posted June 9, 2006 This was actually my 3rd bid. I started at $95 for WDW area which was refused. Then went up to $100 and added DO, which was also refused. After reviewing your excellent Priceline Hotel map I saw that there were not that many resorts in the areas I was looking & the majority of the bids that were won seemed to be with the Hyatt in the $100 to $103 range so I made my next bid $103 & added the airport area to WDW & DO. I guess I could have gone by increments of $1 but then if I didn't win I would have to add more areas & I really didn't want to expand the number of resorts to choose from. My decision paid off...I couldn't be more happy. Thanks to BetterBidding for enabling me to do some research to make my bid a winner :)
