Priceline Hotel: 3* Orlando(Airport MCO) Holiday Inn Select

Hello,

It's my first bid at priceline. I selected a 3* in the Orlando Airport area and started a bid of $45 and was rejected. Bid a second time by adding another free zone and raised my bid to $47, I was rejected. Then, by adding another free Zone and raised my bid to $50, I was accepted. I received the Holiday Inn and can also be extended in the same price.

check in date: June 17, 2006

check-out date June 18 2006

Your offer price: 50

Taxes and Service fees: 13.64

Total charges: 63.64

I expect to stay in the Haytt in the airport because of the late airplane. I am disapointed. :)

Now, I have a question. I need to bid one more day in the airport (Haytt is prefer) because of the early plane on June 30. I did the same thing as I mentioned above (only changed the date) and was rejected. It told me that I can add $14 to get the hotel. I don't want to do it and also affraid to get the Holiday inn again. So, do you have any idea that I may bid to get the Haytt?

Is this the Holiday Inn Select at 5750 T.G. LEE BLVD?

There are at least seven 3* rated hotels in the MCO area so i don't think it was reasonable to expect the Hyatt. If all things were equal (they're not) you're chances were less than 15%... a low probability bet.

Yes, it's the Holiday Inn Select Orlando International Airport.

I didn't know there is seveen 3* hotels in the airport area. I guess I should do more work before bidding. However, it's not bad to stay in the Holiday inn. :)
