Bid on day of arrival. Was hoping to get the Courtyard as their parking is free. Residence charges $19 for parking (yikes ); there is nowhere close by to park so unless you want to hoof it you have to pay for parking (at least it is valet). I stayed here last month and it is a pretty nice hotel. Rooms are redone with granite bath countertops and nice kitchens in the room. I'll post this info. in the hotel review section. This room is listed for $109 on Marriott's website.

Taxes and fees $13.94

Total $60.94 + $19.00 for parking = $79.94

PS - This is a new hotel for Midtown Atlanta. Can you please add to the hotel list for Priceline. Thanks!

What is the correct date for this stay... your topic title suggests today but your hotel review states that you arrived at 10pm (which hasn't yet occured for today's date :) )

Can you also please provide the address of this property as there are two Residence Inn properties with "Midtown" in their name.

Thereuare, I stayed at this hotel back on 5/2/06 also. My review was referencing that stay. I purchased the room for $47 on that night also (can't remember my number of rebids). Hope that helps. Thanks for such a great site. I use it often.
