Hotwire Hotel: Need help IDing 4* and 2.5* Toronto 9/8

Hello! First time user, so tell me if I'm out of line.

Hotwire has two hotels in downtown Toronto, 9/8-9/17:

4*, $90

Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Center, Spa, Tennis Nearby, Business Center

Retail: 218.38

I believe this is the Westin Harbour Centre, but not 100%.

2.5*, $100

Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, High-Speed Internet

Retail: 226.57

I have no idea with this one. Maybe someone with more experience knows?

Since I'm attending the film festival, the Westin seems a little out of the way, but that price might ease the taxi costs, so I'm open-minded. Thanks in advance for all your help.

The best guess on the 4* would be the Westin... the 2.5* has not yet been identified, but at a lower star rating (we're not talking a half a star here) and more expensive, is it worthwhile considering?
