Priceline Hotel: Newport, RI

Needs some help with my strategy for 3* hotel in Newport. 9/29 - 10/01

My initial attempt included a bid for 2 nights in Newport RI (Goat Island) for 3* hotel at $100, then added middletown for $132, and finally added kingstown for $145. No bids were accepted.

Any suggestions on how to improve my bidding strategy? I'ld like to keep the price below 200.

Rates aren't cheap for your nights. You have the right idea with your rebid areas for the 3* level, but you'll need to increase your amounts next time around.

Just for comparison, Hotwire is showing a 3* Condo in Newport for $195/night.
