I was targetting either Mayfair or Bloomsbury with Westminster as an outside alternative.

Mayfair had a $189 Counteroffer on bids, Westminster $140, Bloomsbury $114.

I bid in the following sequence each time -

I started lowballing at $55, then $70 and increased by $5 to $90 without success. At $90 I went up by $2. At $102 I made myself a note to increase by $1 per bid and hit it on the next bid at $103.
