Priceline Hotel: Holiday Inn Express in Newport

I'm looking at using priceline to try and book something similar or if possible the actual holiday inn express in newport. Has anyone seen this featured on priceline. I've tried hotwire as well but the facilities don't seem to match as the holiday inn express is technically a 2 star hotel though it has free internet access, free parking, complimentary buffet breakfast so its quite a good deal. Looking to stay june 1 - june 7. Would anyone be able to offer any advice?

Is this in Priceline's Newport-Huntington Beach zone?

If you didn't receive the Holiday Inn Express, could you accept another hotel in the zone at the minimum star rating that you selected?

What is your maximum bid?

I haven't bid as yet - just getting to grips with priceline however just wondered if anyone had been successful in getting it with priceline previously.
