loanshark Posted May 8, 2006 Report Posted May 8, 2006 Nice lobby, but incompetent staff.... I checked in online before arriving through the hotel chain's website/Gold Points program. Despite the pre-checkin, it took 20 minutes to get a room key after arrival, even though there was not another customer in the lobby.The hotel has two buildings... a "Deluxe" tower which is a typical Priceline three star hotel, and a "Resort" tower, which appears to be a property next door that was purchased by the hotel. The carpet in the room was filthy. I have stayed at Priceline 2* hotel rooms that were cleaner than this room. Priceline normally offers nicer hotel rooms at the 2 1/2 star level than the "Resort" tower rooms that are obviously assigned to Priceline guests.
