I can't find anything on the current list that is a 3* in this area with these amenities that also says Customer Favorite. Is it possible that the Swan, Dolphin, or Hilton have changed their * level?

This is a match for the Hotel Royal Plaza so that would be our best guess (see the 2nd post in the Hotwire Hotel List)
