dfwinjurylawyer Posted May 5, 2006 Report Posted May 5, 2006 The Ivanhoe Plaza Hotel is a PIT. It is under major renovation and every floor is under construction. Additionally, the existing carpet, bedding, fixtures, bathrooms appear to be circa 1978 in style and are very worn. The owners let this hotel get a state that is nearly not occupiable. I've sent price line a detailed email letting them know all the reasons why this hotel should not be in their inventory in my opinion, but that if they keep it, they should warn folks "This hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation, book at your own peril" The only good thing I can say about it is the location is very good and once renovated, it would be a fine choice for your stay in the Downtown Orlando area.
