I was almost positive this would be the Marriott (it's not on the beach) so I booked this on Hotwire intending to use the Double the Difference guarantee after seeing a $99 rate on marriott.com.

Hotwire will be refunding $272, so with all taxes and fees this comes out to $50/night.
