Priceline Hotel: need help with longstay in NYC 7/1 t0 7/15

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie here but really need your help here.

I am planning to visit my girlfriend in NYC during the first 2 weeks of July and finding it extremely difficult to get accomodation at a decent rate.

What is the best approach for my bidding strategy given that I need to be in NYC for 2 weeks. I'm looking to spend around $110-$130 per night. Should I split my bid on priceline ?
