Priceline Hotel: 4* Beijing Chongwen Courtyard By Marriott

I did a lot of research on this zone and I figured the Courtyard was a possibility for a 3*. I did not expect it to come up as a 4*.

I bid up from $40 for 4* changing dates bidding for just one night just to see what might come up. I am glad I did not bid for my entire stay as at $51 for a Courtyard is not my idea of a good deal when the Crowne Plaza and the Prime Hotel and others in the Wangfujing and the Chongwen zones are going for $60-70 via consolidators. I hope this Courtyard proves me wrong.

I think star ratings outside of the US are very different than what we're accustomed to here. At least you've got a US based company so hopefully the service will be good.
