bluebonnet Posted April 20, 2006 Report Posted April 20, 2006 Would like at least 3 star hotel & prefer no more than $125.00 Times square. Never been before. For 3 days & 2 nights. Thanks 1st trip to NY.
thereuare Posted April 20, 2006 Report Posted April 20, 2006 "Times Square" is not a priceline zone. Please look at the zones as named/defined by Priceline and let us know which one(s) are acceptable for you to bid... the typical tourist is usually fine with MTE, MTW, and UM/CPS.Once you let us know the zone(s) your willing to accept we'll suggest a strategy to follow, but i'll add that i'm doubtful your $125 limit will be enough for a 3* or better on these dates. Do you have a back-up plan for a hotel near that amount? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
bluebonnet Posted April 20, 2006 Author Report Posted April 20, 2006 Would like MTW or UMPC The Paromount seems to be in right location & price according to recent wins & dates. For 5/19-5/21
thereuare Posted April 21, 2006 Report Posted April 21, 2006 You have one re-bid zone at the 3* level. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.Select 3* MTW...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $115, if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.Select 3* UM/CPS...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $115, if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.Select 3* MTW and UM/CPS...Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $125.Any questions feel free to ask.Good Luck and let us know how it goes.
