Priceline Hotel: Need Info: Portland downtown - 12 nights- 3 or 4 star

I am new to the board and have little experience with Priceline. Everytime i tried on it, i would be rejected.

However, I would like to give it one more shot, with your help, if you will.

I am looking for a 2.5/3/4* hotel, in downtown portland, from 23rd April to 5th May.

My price range is 35-40.

Any help is much appreciated.
