Been bidding from $60 - $65 for the past few days, basically starting at 4*, $60 with all zones except Hammersmith, London Bridge, and The City. Next, went to $65 and added The City" as a pseudo free re-bid (4* hotel there is very unlikely to be accepted for $65). Today, decided to go a little over $65 and bid $67 and added the London Bridge zone for another free rebid. According to reviews on the net, the Hilton is alright but not spectacular, but at ~$80 per night after tax I guess it's alright.
