Priceline Hotel: 4* DC (Convention Center-Capitol Hill) Hyatt Regency

Started at $75 for a 4* hotel in the Dupont Circle Area

Increased bids in $5 increments adding Downtown, then Georgetown, the Crystal City. So, I'm now up to $90 with no luck. Any suggestions? I'll have a car and really don't need to stay where parking will be so expensive.

I really don't need a 4* hotel - but don't want to stay in a run-down Holiday Inn.

Parking is expensive in just about all of 'downtown' DC.

What is your maximum bid? What about the Convention Center/Capital Hill zone? (have you not included this area yet for a reason?)

I think I actually stayed at the Hyatt in that area when it was just opened. I remember the area not being too wonderful - but it has probably changed. RE: Parking, would I be better off in Crystal City?

I started the bidding process again adding 3* level. I went to $96 and was upgraded to the (currently) 4* Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill. The current rate on the Hyatt website for those nights is $269.
