Thanks for the post, I live in Lewisville and I am always on the look out for Hotels deals for visiting family,

Unfortunately the only thing that seems to come up in Lewisville is the La Quinta,

Lakepoint Suites in not very nice either, Correct me if I am wrong, I drivin by there before it look like they have several people living there, I think the standard rate is only $40,

I wish some of the nicer properties in Lewisville would be avalible, ie.. CourtYard, Homewood Suites, Fairfield Inn.

I usually put people near DFW north, nicer hotels for cheaper,

Sorry for the slow response. Yes, you are correct, the Lakepointe Suites is NOT nice! We left negative feedback with Hotwire. In addition, the regular hotel price was less than hotwire so we got to take advantage of the "Double the Difference" guarantee.

We have stayed at the La Quinta many times and actually thought it was fairly nice. :)
