YYC F/A
Date is 7/May for one night. Tried PL right up to $110 for a 4 * using all rebid zones, no luck. Hotline is showing for $121 a " 4-star hotel in Downtown - Harbor Island (Central San Diego), Customer Favorite! Best Value!" Amenities include: Airport Shuttle, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, Tennis Nearby, Business CenterAny ideas on ID? There is no "Spa" amenity listed, so I'm guessing it's NOT the Manchester Hyatt, but perhaps the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter?I've only ever used PL, and I get the impression that Hotline categorises several hotels above what many feel are there 'true' worth - is that representative or just typically 3*? Thx for any tips or info... Link to comment
YYC F/A
4* San Diego (Downtown / Harbour Island)Almost gave up after going to $110 on PL first time round, then decided to try for the Marriott on Coronado which has been posted as going for $125, rebid at $114 but screwed up zones and got Sheraton in Downtown Zone. Oops!Still - it's a 4* and still a $100 less than booking direct/webrates. Used SavingsBarn link!FYI - I 'suspect' that this is the same hotel that's going for $121 on Hotwire for same dates.Thx! YYC F/A
To add...Have subsequently got the 4* Sheraton Marina/Harbor on Priceline/SavingsBarn for $114.I *suspect* that this 4* hotwire hotel could well be the above property. Link to comment
bbbb
The Sheraton would be my guess with the Airport Shuttle icon. Link to comment
