How does Hotwire determine which hotels to show?

Help

I found a hotel that I wanted for 10/24(Orlando airport area). I think it was the Sheraton suites. I went back to book it today, and it is not there anymore. Does Hotwire put hotels back on?

Welcome to BetterBidding!

Nobody knows for certain how Hotwire determines which hotels to show you. There is a very good chance that the hotel is no longer being given access to inventory at a reasonable price and therefore Hotwire is showing you a hotel that they believe you are more likely to buy given the price-point.

One thing you can try is to clear your computer's internet cookies (or do a search using a different computer) and see if the hotel appears on a new search.

The problem here is that you don't have a lot of time to wait and see if the hotel will once again make itself available.
