sln88 Posted October 18, 2003 Report Posted October 18, 2003 HelpI found a hotel that I wanted for 10/24(Orlando airport area). I think it was the Sheraton suites. I went back to book it today, and it is not there anymore. Does Hotwire put hotels back on?I am a dope for dragging my feet!

There is a very good chance that the hotel is no longer being given access to inventory at a reasonable price and therefore Hotwire is showing you a hotel that they believe you are more likely to buy given the price-point.One thing you can try is to clear your computer's internet cookies (or do a search using a different computer) and see if the hotel appears on a new search.The problem here is that you don't have a lot of time to wait and see if the hotel will once again make itself available.THIS USER just experienced a similar situation.
