Glad to see the old price is still around. We love Homesteads. Very few problems and never anything that would justify spending 50% more. A few months ago Shatner's Priceline downgraded the entire chain from one to two stars. This initially messed me up when I was trying to bid specifically on Homesteads. In other words, I thought I could count on $22-24 2* being the cheap Homestead in that neighbourhood. I don't agree with the downgrade, but I guess it keeps people who are afraid of 1* away from this amazing value.
