vcv Posted April 4, 2006 Report Posted April 4, 2006 Blind bid on Hotwire for $42/night for 2 nights. After hotel was revealed, I checked tripadvisor.com. The most recent reviews were very poor and IMHO correct. This was my first Hotwire bid, and I found this hotel very shabby and far inferior to 1* hotels I've gotten through Priceline in at least 5 states over the past 3 years. I would not bid 2* for Macon again.
