1st bid @ $85 rejected

PL counter offered at an additional $22

I tried to underbid at $96, but it would only accept another bid of $107

Instead I opted to add UM-CPS @ $95 ( I was willing to go up to $110)......and.....accepted at higher * level

Nice job undercutting the couter-offer.

Yeah, they won't let you bid less than their suggested price on a counter-offer unless you lower your quality level or add a zone (another important reason to understand re-bidding).
