Just went through 8 bids to end up here...I really wanted the university area, so began there at 3* for $36...rejected.Progressively added Fort Mill, Gastonia, Independence (because none have above 2.5*), bid $40, $45, $50...rejected.Added downtown (3* & 4*) and bid $45...rejected.Added Pineville & Rock Hill (again, nothing above 2.5*), bid $50, $55...rejected. (!)Finally in desperation added airport area, bid $35...rejected.Added Matthews, bid $40...accepted.SHEESH. :)
