That coffee cup icon doesn't designate a coffee maker in the room is stands for 'complimentary breakfast' so i've edited your post above.

This hotel has not yet been identified, but the Baymont Inn and Suites seems to be a good guess in this area as the star rating and complimentary breakfast seem to fit well... that would be our best guess.
