Hotwire Hotel: 4* and 3.5* in Downtown Vancouver

Hi, Hotwire is quoting the following 2 downtown Vancouver hotels for a 4/7 through 4/10 stay. I'm guessing what they might be, but appreciate any insight you might have.

4* hotel in Downtown Vancouver West: boutique, restaurant, pool, fitness, spa, kitchenette, and laundry for $95/night. I think this is the Pacific Palisades

3.5* hotel in Downtown Vancouver West: restaurant, pool, fitness, tennis, business center, laundry for $81/night. I'm thinking this is the Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites.

Any thoughts?
