I had never used Priceline before and was thrilled to use it successfully. There's no way I could have done this without your help. Here are the details:Venetian Hotel - Las VegasCheck-In Date: Sun, Nov. 9, 2003Check-Out Date: Mon, Nov. 10, 2003Hotwire listed 5* room for $100 so I was fairly confident I could get a good price. In fact, since I knew I'd have lots of free re-bids, I started with a low-ball bid of $59.Bid #1: $59 - Priceline countered with $88 (not bad, but knew I could get better!)Bid #2: $65 - rejectedBid #3: $69 - rejectedBid #4: $74 - rejectedBid #5: $79 - acceptedNumber of Rooms: 1Number of Nights: 1Subtotal: $79.00Taxes and Service Fees: $14.74Total Charges: $93.74Happy Bidding!
