The app for express deals vs. the website

I noticed that the website allows you to choose a room type and the app does not.  Do you know if people ever get better than the lowest room type when using the app.  If I want a better room type should I stick with the website?

If you don’t choose a specific room type (or no choice is offered) then it will be booked as ‘run of house’ and will be assigned at checkin based upon what is available at that time.  I wouldn’t expect more than a ‘standard’ room.

 

If the PRICELINE website gives you an option for a specification type that you want, I’d suggest booking it that way.
