What makes you think the Embassy Suites one is that one and not the Westin? I was considering pulling the trigger on the PRICELINE link but I will be really sad if we end up at the Westin - lol.

You can virtually exclude the Westin from the 3.5* PRICELINE offer as:
1) The Westin at Woodlands is 4 star rated by priceline, whereas the offer above is 3.5 star rated

2) the 3.5* offers Free Breakfast, which is not a standard amenity at Westin properties

 

Furthermore...

3) most hotels do not offer both an on-site Restaurant and Free Breakfast... the Embassy Suites is an exception to this rule as it is one of the few chains that typically offers both; the 3.5* The Woodlands offer from Priceline Express does indeed offer both
