1 adult 2 kids. Prefer a balcony, need an indoor pool

 

open to Priceline options too they’re just more complicated for me to decode lol

I booked the one listed below and it was correct. They did allot only one bed for 3 people - my kids were too lazy to change rooms and one slept on the floor but thought I would point it out for those who aren't willing to compromise a second bed - be aware you may need to request two beds specifically.

Glad to see you received the hotel you were hoping for but sorry to hear the hotel did not 'do the right thing' by giving you a room to accommodate the number of guests on your reservation.  For now we will give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an oversight and they would have changed your room if you had brought it to their attention.
