Included Loop at $59 since I knew there was a 99% chance I wouldn't get a 3* in the Loop for $59. Total with tax is $74.99 For some reason, Priceline Express had a 3* hotel in the O'hare North area for $57 but with taxes it ballooned up to $83 with taxes.
