Thanks for your help identifying. I ended up booking directly with the Shore Club for a two queen room $229. So similar rate.

Glad to see you found something that works well for your needs, although if your current reservation is refundable i would still monitor this one, as things can change a lot in 6+ months and i think the reviews of the Surfcomber are a bit better.
