thereuare Posted May 2, 2019 Report Posted May 2, 2019 For this Priceline Express hotel offer: 5* The Strip - Southwest (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $66/nite with: Pets Allowed Restaurant Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center ==> Delano Las Vegas At Mandalay Bay would be my best guess for this one This hotel does charge a resort fee (just as every other hotel on the strip that i'm aware of... maybe the Travelodge or one of the other budget properties does not, but everything i can think of that is 3 stars or higher is going to charge a resort fee) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or how we can be of further help. PS- please follow-up your previous Los Angeles Priceline hotel thread with whatever you ended deciding to do for that leg of your trip (or are you still undecided for those dates)? Either way, please post an update there. Thanks. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
gemo5566 Posted May 2, 2019 Author Report Posted May 2, 2019 Thanks thereuare so do you think I will have to pay it , even if it isn’t mentioned in the total rate to pay ? It always shows on the total what you have to pay at the hotel , This is the only one that doesn’t show anything to pay and in the Priceline rules it clearly states that they always put the total amount ( separate payments to them and hotel for almost every Vegas hotel ) , all taxes and fees included . did you ever have a betterbidding member have problems with that ? I’ll go back to my Los Angeles thread to close that one

Total cost includes estimated hotel fees (e.g resort fees). Your total cost will never be higher than displayed above. While almost all PRICELINE EXPRESS deals show a separate line item for resort fees (where applicable) there are still a few that have either fallen thru the cracks and have not been updated or for some other reason don't show the resort fee on some searches. In short, i do think you will have to pay the resort fee. You could ultimately argue it with PRICELINE, but i think your chances of getting anywhere in that approach is less than 50/50 (probably closer to less than 10%), as part of the Terms and Conditions on the PRICELINE EXPRESS purchase page indicate that there may be resort fees which would be additional and paid directly to the hotel. As i noted above, just about every hotel on the strip charges resort fees these days... it's something you just need to accept and factor into your budget if you are looking to go to Vegas and stay on the strip.
