4* Central Waikiki for $152USD/night with the same amenities and 

4* Central Waikiki - Ala Wai Area for $156 USD/night

 

Do you think that these are both the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach

The zone boundaries don't overlap, so they would have to be different hotels if each listing is for a different zone.

 

Also, i don't think the amenities are identical, the previous listing:
