OVERVIEW

This hotel will be under going a major renovation until next year, 2019. No gym. No breakfast area. No barbecue. No pool. You can use the facilities at Hampton Inn right next door in the meantime. Mattress was good. So was water pressure. This Towneplace has ovens and microwaves! Close to public transportation, but I suggest a car for this location. 

 

BIDDING TIPS

Okay, so I took the Express Deal because, for some reason, the taxes and fees were similar when bidding which is rare. It's hard to bid for this hotel because you might The Comfort Suites just south of this location. I prefer this hotel and can recognize it from the rating of 8 and over 100 reviews - for the time being. I used to stay here under the employee rate of $35/night for ages, but it's gone up to $39/night and I no longer have my hookup.
