The Hilton is going for $179, and the Radisson $169 or $179 depending on the room. Is $85 a reasonable maximum bid?

At the resort level two re-bid zones are available. I would test the waters lower first although it may ultimatley take more.

Select Resort...

Bid $60, if rejected add re-bid zone1...

Bid $70, if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.

Select Resort and re-bid zone2...

Bid $75, if rejected add re-bid zone1...

Bid $80.

The above will likley be too low since rates for yoru dates are higher than when we've seen the above bids accepted, but as you can now re-bid every 24 hours i don't see any harm in trying the above first since your stay is over 6 weeks away.

No luck so far at $80. I'll try tomorrow at $85. I'll have to ask my travel partner if we want to go higher. I suppose probably we'll go up to $100 if need be.

I just had success for 5/14 at resort level in Sedona. My bid for $75 was accepted. See my post above for details. The resorts website listed similar rates for the night I will be there as you listed above.

Well, $120 ain't doing it, at least for now. That's definitely my top bid, considering I can get the Hilton for $170, and would probably get an upgraded room being a Hilton Gold VIP. I think I'll recheck later, but I'm not going above $120.
