To avoid any confusion, which zones by PRICELINE name is it that you are looking to bid on? (if you're unsure of the zones and their name please start your search at BiddingForHotelRooms.com and a search for 'Las Vegas, NV' and your dates will show you the official priceline zone names)

 

However, i will add that with The Trump (usually the least expensive 5* hotel in one of the Strip zones) currently selling  for $294/nite for your dates, i think your objective of landing a 4.5* or better at less than $100/nite for these dates seems highly unlikely at the moment.

 

If you are unsuccessful at $100 or less what is your gameplan... wait it out and try again in the days/weeks ahead, lower your star rating, increase your budget, or consider staying off-strip?

So if I lower the rating to 4 will i get hotels on the strip for 100 ? I think north east side have cheaper hotels right ? Also can you give examples of 4 star hotels

At $100 or under, you're probably looking at 3.5* properties. A couple of examples on HOTWIRE:

For a 4* on the Strip, you're likely looking at around $120-125.

 

You can see the hotels on HOTWIRE (Hotwire Hotel List) and Priceline (Priceline Hotel List) that have been reported to the board at those two links. Those lists only show what has been reported to the board.

Hmm.. Ok. I think I would increase it to $120 - 125. Where should I expect the 4* hotels.
