Can you please add a reply to this thread confirming if you bought this property by bidding on PRICELINE, a PRICELINE EXPRESS offer, or a 'regular rate' (where you knew the name of the hotel beforehand). Also, was $200 the all-in rate... what was the room rate per nite before fees/taxes? THANKS!
