I started looking at 4 stars in Georgetown / Foggy-Bottom, but the I was unsuccessful up to $110, plus they said there would be $10-$25 fees on top of that.  So I started trying some cheaper 3.5 star bids and included the Arlingon zone, and I ended up with this.
