Priceline Hotel: 3* Halifax Westin Nova Scotian

With the help of this site, I got a great deal at this Halifax hotel. I started my bid at 40$ because many here got their rate at 43$. At 40$ it was refused, I tried again and added the Bedford area and my bid was accepted at 43$ this time. It came to 62$ taxes included in Canadian funds! :) What a great deal, the cheapest was 109.00$ on SPG.com; I wonder how I will be treated as a Priceline guest since this is my first time with Priceline. When I called the hotel, the person was polite and friendly even if I did mention that it was a Priceline reservation. They said the rate was prepaid and that was an "airline" fare?! My stay is for the 25th of March 2006, for 1 night! It is great that Canadians can now use Priceline! We don't need to put a zipcode of 99999 no more! :)
