phoebe Posted July 15, 2018 Report Share Posted July 15, 2018 I wanted a hotel close to the airport because I'm getting in late and didn't want to worry about driving while sleepy, in the dark, and in an unfamiliar city. I was surprised how high I had to go to win a hotel. Started lower and bumped up my bid a few dollars every time I was eligible to resubmit a bid until I finally hit at $72. Taxes and fees an additional $16.04. Never got an offer for an immediate rebid if I bid X dollars. Link to comment
