Hotwire Hotel: 5* DC Hotel help

Looking to stay in the White House, City Center/museum or possibly Georgetown.  Have 2 young kids under 6 so a kid friendly hotel would be good.  Still consider the Ritz-Carlton club level for the food offerings and concierge but kind of looking for a better deal on this trip.  Hopefully something on par.  It looks the Willard InterContinental is kid friendly and close to the tourist areas.  

 

Pretty sure the Willard is listed in the White house area for $188/night on Hotwire right now:

there are 2 5* listed in the Georgetown area at a higher price and 1 in the City Center - Museum but I can match them up on here.  

 

May be open to a lower star option close in those areas if it's a good deal and nice hotel.  I'm in a hotel 8 out of 12 nights for a stretch with the kids...
