I am hoping you can help re the following hotel for July 1st till 3rd for 2 adults and 1 child showing the following amenities at a rare of 119usd per night Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Accessible for visually impaired, In-room accessibility. TA rating is showing as 4 out of 5 with 2000+ reviews. Its the Self service laundry  amenity I am finding hardest to match ,

It appears that maybe you're only searching for 2adults/0children as i see the following when only searching for 2adults and 0children as i'm only seeing this price when searching for double occupancy:

When i change the search to 2adults/1child i see the same hotel but the price goes up to $132/nite:

Apologies you are correct in $132 when Looking back I misread the price to the one quoted above my choice . Re the westin the only laundry amenites i can find are 

 

The following laundry and dry-cleaning services are available Monday through Saturday:

Same-Day Service: submitted by 9am, returned by 6pm

Overnight Service: submitted by 5pm, returned by 8:30am

Express Pressing: submitted by 4pm, returned in approximately one hour

I cant find a 4 star or 4.5 star hotel in times square with self service laundry so I am confused .

Having said that the Westin resort fee seems to compare to what Hotwire is quoting for same

Regardless of whether this amenity actually exists at the property or not, from the Hotwire Hotel List you can see this property has previously been reported with a Laundry amenity... maybe it is a mistake, maybe the hotel offered this service at one time but no longer does, maybe they do offer it but don't advertise it on their website, etc, etc.

 

It also wouldn't be the first time that a hotel listed Laundry when i reality they only offer dry-cleaning (or send out wash-n-fold) services and if you click this link to The Westin Times Square and scroll to the bottom of the page you will see:u

Tried booking but alas got the following message

 

You just missed out on this deal. The hotel's inventory has sold out. Please search again.

 

Price jumped by 50% however I have a BRG with marriott  marquis but if I see some thing else here I will use the HOTWIRE link and advise , thanks again for your help .
