Help with Hotel December 11-18, 2018

Hi! I am hoping to book a Disney-owned hotel for December 11th-18th, 2018, and was hoping someone could help me out. Here are the details:

 

3 adults

Dates are set, but I'm open to making two different reservations and resort hopping

Really prefer a Disney-owned hotel so we can use the Magical Express, 60 day Fastpass window, transportation system, etc

Any star rating - we've stayed at Values and Deluxes in the past, so we're familiar with Disney hotels

Ideally, under $300CAD/night (about $230USD with exchange rates right now) - but there is a bit of flexibility here for the right hotel.

Quick question...

Many of the Disney Springs hotels now offer Extra Magic Hours, 60 day Fastpass registrations, and transportation to the parks... are these acceptable properties (as they can often be significantly cheaper) OR are you specifically looking for a Disney owned resort?  Would the Swan/Dolphin bet included in your list of acceptable hotels or not?

I'd prefer Disney-owned as we do enjoy sending our park purchases directly to the hotel so we don't need to carry that stuff around, but for the right price I'd be willing to be flexible on that.
