We ended up deciding to book in Erie, PA.  Got the 3* Hilton Garden Inn there.  Used your link to book.

Can you please provide the details of this purchase... was this PRICELINE EXPRESS, NYOP bidding, or HOTWIRE?

This was via Hotwire, and it was $67 per night, and 95% recommended  The amenities were:
