This hotel has [as is typical of most older hotels] pretty small rooms, so ended up having to get another room for a 3rd person.  Hotwire fees are much higher than Priceline - you'll notice they never break down "taxes and fees" to show you how much is actual taxes and how much Hotwire/Expedia are just adding on.  

 

When adding on another room from the original reservation, there's no option to add a coupon either.
