I'll note that Walker Brothers (which is a local institution) in Lincolnshire (https://www.yelp.com/biz/walker-bros-original-pancake-house-lincolnshire-2) is a fairly short drive if you're looking for breakfast nearby. Bonta (https://www.yelp.com/biz/bonta-lincolnshire-4) is also a surprisingly good option tucked away in a strip mall. Very familiar with the area, happy to answer any questions.
