I relied on the list and hoped I was bidding on either The Knickerbocker or The Chatwal. My bid price was less than $20/night from published rates.

As noted at the top of the list, it is a list of what has been reported to the board and changes can occur at any time. This property does get excellent reviews, so hopefully the stay will exceed expectations and make up for the disappointment on price.
