Priceline Hotel: 5* Charleston (Downtown Charleston - Historic District) The Dewberry Charleston

I am looking for a 4* or higher hotel in Charleston (Historic District/French Quarter) 5/16/18 to 5/19/18 (3 nights).  It appears that Priceline may have better rates.  Priceline has the following Express Deals.  I looked at Biddinghelper and it would not allow me to click to view any additional amenities so not sure if this is the full list or what.  I know hotwire usually provides more.

5* Hotel for $311/night (restaurant, free internet, fitness center, non-smoking). Guest score 9+......... is this the Dewberry Hotel??

5* Hotel for $357/night (free breakfast, business center, no smoking room/facilities). Bed choice available. Guest score 9+.......is this the Spectator Hotel?

4.5* Hotel for $325/night (business center, non smoking).  Bed choice available: a King bed for $325 or suite $563. Guest score 9+

4.5* Hotel for $328/night (business center, no smoking room/facilities). Guest score 9+

4* Hotel for $255/night (free internet, free breakfast).  Queen bed for $255 or King bed for $263.  Guest score 8+

4* Hotel for $277/night (business center, no smoking rooms/facilities). Guest score 8+

By the time I received the response and attempted to purchase this morning, the $311 5* (Dewberry Charleston) was not available as a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal. I named my price (for around the same slightly more) and ended up getting the Dewberry hotel. Looks like it's offered again now....not sure what that is all about.
