I had searched for 4 adults, hence the $214 price.

Would this property work for your needs this trip... would the Downtown-Metrocenter zone also work for your plans??  If not, what is it that you're looking for in a hotel and what is your maximum budget? (per nite before taxes/fees)

Looking in the $200/night range, for a hotel for 4 adults (20 somethings) so they are in walking distance of the bars & music, etc.  A little confused about the Metrocenter area vs the Gulch.  Any suggestions are welcome.  Not sure why that weekend is so pricey!

 

Also, looking at the Comfort Inns, not even sure what Comfort Inn this would be.  What address would it be?

I don't know how big of an event it is, but the Tennessee Craft Fair is taking place over your dates and that might be the reason for the higher than usual rates (or at least a contributing factor).
